proud I can't think of a better start for the season for Jermainman than 2 goals for England on a Wednesday night with the season starting for him on Sunday..... 1st half and all the "good ole boys" where on the pitch and IMO we looked second best. Suffering from the English disease, the inabilty to keep possesion of the ball, and quite frankly no idea. 2nd half much better and in all honesty I thought 2-2 was fair. It was lovely to see Cappello screaming for more in time added-on rather than settling for the result. Johnson got found out on more than 1 occasion and Ferdinand had a stinker. Tip : when Ferdinand is of his game his tounge sticks out the corner of his mouth. Carlton Cole done OK but I don't think he's the future of English strikers just yet. Milner looked up for it. Gotta say I thought Lampard had a great game. Things look good for qualifing but lets see what happens next summer eh ? Well done England - could have done better but hey ho here we go . . . . . . . ..
