Popped over onto Lizzy's goon site earlier and had a read through some of their threads. I nearly wet myself laughing at the way they have played down the losses to Chelsea and WBA ................ Played DOWN a home loss to WBA??? Let's face it, had it not been for Nasri it wouldn't have been a home loss, it would have been a home hammering to a newly promoted side.

Now they've played down the defeats IN THE LEAGUE but are waxing lyrical about their CC win at WHL stating that THEIRS was the fringe side! And the two posters trying to make this twaddle stick?

You got it, Vis's mates Worzel and Sally.

It struck me as funny because, up until Sunday, the goons have been banging on about how they're Chelsea's only real contender for top spot with Utd a shadow of their former selves, Liverpool not even casting a shadow, and us dismissed out of hand.

Now they appear to be resigned to a challenge for the CC as their Holy Grail, now that the top Prem clubs are out of it.

Not only that, they're whittering on about the stubborness of 'Man who sucks Lemons' .................. No more 'Trust in the Professor, he knows what he is doing.'

Oh the fickle nature of the Football fan, particularly if it's a goon.

No doubt we'll be getting an influx of new fans professing that they've been die hard Spurs since the day they were born ................. And will prove it by burning all the Ar5ena1 shirts they've collected since Football began in 1992!!
