sad news on joe fraziers passing, always one of my favourite boxers from my younger days. if he was on tv in a bout you knew you would see a great fight, always gave his all. some of the recent heavyweights wouldnt hold a candle to joe. R.I.P. Sad

Spot on Shears - more than 40 years since the first Ali Frazier bout and I can still remember it - two warriors

Spot on fella's I was a huge Ali fan but Smokin Joe was his equal certainly in the first fight against Ali. I think the fights between those two took it out of them and they were never the same afterwards. RIP Joe.

Two warriors. Neither wanting to give an inch. The fight to and fro'd Ali on top then Frazier. You woulddn't get fights like this these days. This reminds you of how hard Ali was. He was a technician yet he was so hard and he could take a good punch.

Nobody around like these two now last world heavyweight title fight a non event Haye not even in the same class as Klitchko who himself is not in the class of either Joe or Ali.
    RIP big man.
