one trick pony ??? ffs i went today and saw him live mate and he worked his fuckin a*se off for the team. to come out with a statement like that is just pure crap lought, i would pay the admision fee alone just to see him. his control is excellent his pace is blistering his willingness to have the ball given to him is second to none, workrate 100%,commitment to the team and club unquestionable, just what more do you want from the bloke ? no wonder players want to move on when they read stuff like yours on the internet. cut the guy some slack, "you dont know what youve got till its gone" springs to mind.

I did watch the saves as I was there and they were very good saves, last year we created nothing, there will be a hiding Lought, as one game they will all go in. As for Bolton game, they dont show it all in highlights, but apart from scoring, the amount of balls Bale puts into the box was amazing.
There will be plenty of time to use the squad over xmas when we play a lot of games, why rest players that are playing well when they are only playing once a week? Playing together, week in week out, is and laways will be the best formula as players get the kind of understanding that Walker/Lennon and Ekotto/Bale now have.

yea bale had a great game and thats because of all the space.
vdv came on and we got worse. there was no need for him to come on for lennon. then harry comes out and says he dont want to risk vdv yet brings him on. he dont mind risking him other times

Lought your a fool mate, why the fook should Harry give Pav a run out he has shown NO passion or commitment this season and was only on the bench incase of an emergency. Now dont come at me with "Pavs scoring stats" because there probably bollox compared to VDV stats and in all honestly id rather play with a 20% fit VDV or even with 10 men then put Pav in at the moment. Iv always been 1 of Pavs biggest supporters and think he is a huge talent when he wants to be but why should he be getting game time when he clearly doesnt give a f*ck??

What you will get now, is why should he when he dont get any game time. When he does get game time, he puts no effort in. Contrast to Defoe who started very well with Manu, got dropped for VDV and just kept giving his all all until he got his chance and then was played ahead of VDV.
I'm afraid Lought, just like Taraabt, some players may have the ability, but not the stomach to fight for their place.

last cup gme he scored.

Like I said, playing once a week is not playing them into the ground, especially as they play on bowling greens now, your prob too young to remember Derbys the baseball ground or should I say ploughed field, now playing on that would have been different.
They are not tired and are winning, if it aint broke, dont try and fix it to please others.

wernt tiredness Lought, yes we could have been a bit more ruthless, but it was damage limitation for them and they stuck 10 men behind the ball, like I said Ade didnt score this game but contributes a lot in his movement and touch or would you rather go back to Crouch juggling the ball and losing it?
