    Oh, I don't know Nic. Didn't stand a chance really did we. I mean your club making more that double what we made and all that money from your 60,000 seater stadium and paying your players more than we can hope to. No mate, I'll take solace in those stats.

    He's the manager Nic. It's his job to take the blame. The buck stops with him. He can't play the game for them but he can certainly influence it. He picks the players.

    Well, you could say that but then Levy does the best he can and would have had advice on which manager to put in place. Levy doesn't pick the team and plan tactics or as far as Arry's concerned the lack of them. Arry wouldn't have been my choice as it happens but I think he was brought in to get us out of the relegation zone and he did. It's what he's good at. He did better than that and got us CL. I go back to what I said some time ago Nic. It was flirting with the England job that did for him not only that but the unforgiveable loss of our 13 point lead over you lot. That and his ridiculous sound bites to the media. He was offered a 3 year extension when Levy wanted to keep him and was happy with him. Arry turned it down and now he is running around asking for a new contract. Something he said he wouldn't do a week ago. "I'm not going to chase around after him (Levy). Chasing now though isn't he?

    Seems to me he is suggesting DL sorts himself out

    I rather doubt Arry would be short of offers

    think they're any good, and you don't let managers run into the last
    year of their contract if you think they're any good,” he said.     He is trying to put pressure on Levy lol. Anyone can see that. That very statement makes that crystal clear, otherwise why say it at all if he didn't care? Ave a word with yourself Nic lol.

    But the question is Baz - just what is he putting the pressure on DL to do ?

    Arry might be thick as a railway sleeper but he is not stupid

    Would nt be surprised if HR is already talking to the arabs and will quit if he's offered big bucks to go cos in his case thats really what it boils down to
