Perhaps CL qualification is not demanded of AVB and the players this season by Levy and the board. AVB wants a certain player and if that certain player is not available will not buy others to make numbers up.
We should have one of the youth team strikers on the bench though.

I thought that was a clinical performance from us. Never really looked troubled and bossed all areas. Holtby looks very promising. The striker situation is odd to say the least. Maybe they are hoping Adabadback will play himself into form and fitness at the ACN and come back like a new signing? Looks like Bale could be given the strikers role . . . .

The sending off was a show from the Ref that actions such as spitting have no place in the game. Fair play Ref I respect you greatly for doing that and would hope you had done the same had it been a Spurs player spitting. Most refreshing that the player got punished for such low behaviour . . . .

Didn't we go through this yesterday? I backed up Taraabts less than impressive game with FACTS and you still blindly suggest he had a decent game.

Lought keep your Adel worship elsewhere please. If this thread goes down the road of comparing a QPR player to Spurs players in this game I WILL DELETE the posts doing that.
I am talking about any player who does not play for Spurs and you praise them however average they are yet even after a win you still have to find a Spurs player to slag off.
You mark Ekotto at 8 but what about early in the game when he took his eye off the ball from a Lloris clearance and nearly put us back under pressure? But no right now Walker is your favourite whipping boy and Bale is greedy. You have more faces then Big Ben . . . .
