    Coulibaly

Post by Boltjean on Thu Mar 14 2013, 06:09

With a shortage of first class strikers at the club, are there any of you that think it is worth giving Souleymane Coulibaly a run out, even if it is on the bench, bring him on for say 20 minutes in a game. ADE is not delivering so give this lad a chance, break him in gently and who knows we might have our very own Demba Ba at Spurs.

Certainly be worth a go Len but isn't he still on loan at Serie B club Grosseto? As you say any extra striker options need to be looked at . . . .

    Lets play Bale as an out & out striker? Worth a try . . . . .

I have been saying the same thing Vis. Give Bale a striking role and he could score loads for us.Imagine his pace up front.

But his strength is running from deep, don't see him holding the ball up, playing him as a number 10 is about right.
