    Just a thought

Post by Boltjean on Wed May 15 2013, 04:41

Following on from the Pardew statement saying he would not care if they lost 4-0 to the goons, just a thought, It's the last day of the season if the goons were third from bottom, wouldn't it be lovely, and we were playing the side fourth from bottom at home, should we beat that team to save Arsenal or would you be cheering on the other side to victory to send the goons down?. Me?, I would give debuts to a few of our under twelve side, play Lloris in goal with his hands tied behind his back, and instruct Dawson to score a hatrick of own goals. I wonder what it would be like 35,000 supporters cheering on say Villa, but would they be that unsporting?.

As fans Len we can suggest such jollitys but as a "manager" Pardew should not even joke about it. Wonder what would have been said if tables were turned and Di Cannio said the same? You have to praise the Barcode fans for coming out in force against him though and on the flip side he is now going to have to fire his team up for the game.
As for me I would send out the team as if set-up for a 3 legged race and sign Fulop back on-loan for the game . . . .
