I EXPECT NO LESS THAN 11PTS FROM FIRST 6 MATCHES. NOVEMBER GOING BE A HELL MONTH FOR US. MARCH IS QUITE BAD ALSO, BUT LAST 6 GAMES GIVE US HEART FOR THE 4TH SPOT.

NEED TO BE LEADING OR 1 - 3 PTS  BEHIND GOING INTO APRIL .

NO PLAYERS IN  YET AND GOT THE ARSEWIPES 3RD MATCH ........ SadSadSadSad

I predict 76 points in total. Not a bad start to the season, not a bad end. Tricky games seem to come in clumps. Sky will change the list to suit themselves and obviously Europa League will mean lots of Sunday games . . . .

I thought we had it bad with an away game with City followed by United at home , and Chelsea away followed by Arsenal at home. I would have liked a bit of respite in between big games. But having looked at the goons fixtures our's does not look to bad. In December they have City away followed by Chelsea at home, and in March, Spurs away followed by Chelsea away, City home and Everton away. I can see a few points dropped here in that run of four games starting with three to us.

A bit of info for you Vis Re Arsenal in August.  1993-94, second game of the season Aug 16th we lost at home 0-1.  1988-89, second game of the season September 10th, a late start to the season for some reason, lost at home 2-3, Gascoigne and Waddle scored. Now we have played Arsenal twice in the very first game of the season, in 1968-69 August 10th when we lost at home 1-2, Greaves scored the goal in front of a crowd of 56,280, and in the 1925-26 season August 29th when we won away 1-0 with a goal by Dimmock in front of a crowd of 53,183. Oh I remember it well when we all threw our cloth caps into the air when the ball hit the back of the net. It was a very happy journey back home on the tram to Edmonton on the very first day of the season.
