soldado is a goal poacher but what chance does he have with a  midfield of paullino dembele  sandro creating chances then you got towsend who just cuts in and shoots.
The point I'm making is that it doesn't matter Lought. He has to prove to AVB that he is willing to put in the hard yards and EARN his shot. Scoring 'the best goals is irrelevant, we don't know whether he is putting in the required work rate in training. If he is then I'm sure he'll get his shot and I'll back him regardless of his past history. People can change, holding them to task for past indiscretions is narrow minded. If he is able to prove he has changed and puts in the effort then, regardless of personal feelings towards him, he WILL have earned the right to wear the shirt and should be fully supported as a result.

rubbish. some managers dont have the bottle to drop players even when they aint playing well.

if a player plays well in training then he should start.

soldado cant expect chances to be put on a plate for him. he needs to work harder and create chances himself.

look at aguero or suarez they wont go a game without creating a chance for themselfs.

even grioud puts in a shit.

a fit ade player wll offfers more then the other 2 we have

It's a shame because as I said elsewhere he is a player that can play that lone role up front for us. Much better than JD can and it seems that's the way AVB prefers to play. Personally though and obviously like ion says (I don't know what goes on behind the closed doors of WHL) I think Ade has shot his bolt and AVB will be looking for someone to play that lone role come January. Whether he finds that striker is another matter.

if hes training with the first team then he must be back in with a shout.

soldado having trouble playing up front on hes own and defoe is rubbish at it.

    the team comes first.

just like towsend on the right. avb needs to grow some and either drop him or play him left

Maybe he is in with a shout Lough. And maybe if he is then, maybe, this time he will take it? Let's wait and see . . . . .

PR etty much all I've been saying Vis.

As Lought says, the team comes first, which is why Are has to show he's worthy of it.

I hope he does because I'd like to see what he can bring to the table with these players around him.
