Seems to me Lought that the ritual slaughter of a Turkey at Christmas is awaiting us ho hum. Whoever is in charge will struggle to lift the miasma that seems to be enveloping the team at present . . . . .

If Sherwood has learnt that if he plays 4 4 2 he still needs a defensive midfielder we may have a chance. Otherwise another drubbing I fear.

That was more like it I haven't seen us play like that for a long time. 3 sometimes 4 or 5 players in the box great. If you don't have players in the box you can't score goals.

And although I hate to admit it Ade was outstanding how long it will last, Ade that is, we shall have to wait and see.

Going forward we look very good but will have to tighten the defence otherwise it will be Ossie all over again. But I enjoyed the game and even if they had sneaked a goal in the last couple of minutes I would have been happy with our play.

Maybe that is the kick start we needed and they can start playing with confidence unlike the last few weeks games when they looked a team with no plan or desire.

I'm not sure Sherwood is the answer and things could change again in the next few games after all this is the crazy world called Tottenham Hotspurs but right at this moment I'm a happy bunny.

Sherwood 100% Premier League win ratio. Now there's a stat tp make Lought drool lol . . . .

Played better today. A better team may have thumped us again though. Adabadbigtoe was very good. Sherwood comes across as arrogant & is he just setting up the team to attack as, in truth, he has nothing to lose? We shall see but yup I'm an 'appy Spurtle this afternoon . . . . .

If he's not injured I would like to see Sandro in for Dembele and give the midfield a bit more steel.

Soldado missed 3 open goals today but i'll forgive him this time as he linked up well will adewhatsit and hope the goals will come if not then he's probably not suited to the Premier.
