The agent of Liverpool and Tottenham target Gaston Ramirez has told the Italian press that he is currently holding talks with a Premier League side in London.

The 21-year-old Bologna winger is in England with Uruguay's Olympic football squad, and though Inter Milan and Wolfsburg had previously led the race for his signature, it now looks like an English club have moved ahead of the pack.
The player's agent Pablo Bentancur told Calciomercato that a Premier League side's financial muscle had priced out Italian giants Inter.
"Inter like the player, but we are very far off with regards to the valuation, since now Bologna ask for nearly €25million" he said.
Bentancur revealed that "the player is very likely to say goodbye to Italy, so much so that now I am in London to talk with a Premier League club", leading to speculation that Tottenham could now have the edge over Liverpool in negotiations.
Manchester United and Manchester City have also been linked with the player previously.
