It's a sad day.

My son in law has a client who has a executive box at Tottenham and on wednesday I was invited with my wife to the Arsenal game. We drove down early so as we can have a look round our old manor and had a look at the house I was brought up in with my Mum and Dad and I have'nt been there for years and it brought a lot of memorys back. We got to the ground at 5 went up to the bar had a few drinks met a lot of the old players, Jennings, Mullery, Chivers, Coates, and one the missus had a picture taken with Ginola. Then we had a great meal plenty of wine and sat back and watched a great win by our boys. I got home a bit late about 1.30 a.m but thought my Mum will be pleased we won and I can tell her about visiting the old house. When I got home my daughter opened the door and told me my Mum had passed away at midnight.
She went peacefully in her sleep and it was a relief she went that way as she has been very ill for 5 months and although I will miss her a lot she wont suffer anymore.She had a good life and a long one and as most of you know on here she was 101years old.
She must have known I had visited the old place and that we beat them in the league first time for 11 years and thought I can go now.
