    losing at home to Blackpool, oh How the mighty have fallen , shame cos i like Hodgeson, he should have stuck with Fulham

    I know the expectation levels are high at spurs but no more so than at liverpool, why sack benitez, he was doing a great job, stupid scousers

    torres went off injurid. this is 2 season now hes had constant injury problems. Anyone got a good link for the other game at 4.

    Got the feeling Uncle Woy will be gone and King Kenny will step up Arnie. Not sure whether that will make any difference though. A manager whoever he is will need time but they are working with some players who just can't get motivated at the moment.

    Just a suggestion Baz cos it seems to me that some of these non Spurs threads are getting overlooked by our fellow members and this could be because the Portal Page is only for Spurs Chat threads ?....
    If the Portal Page was used for all current threads perhaps a poster would be more inclined to start up a thread in the correct section , be it non Spurs or otherwise with the confidence that it wouldnt pushed aside to its relative section with immediete effect and thus dying on its feet ?

    Well its just a thought lol study

    Arnie, if you check the left side of the Portal, under latest news, that has all the latest posts from all categorys, not just Spurs chat. But sometimes you will only see new posts from Spurs chat section, as that is the most popular.

    I agree with your feeling that Roy will soon be gone .... I saw a picture of him on the touchline and Sammy Lee was seated in a row behind him looking well peed off.? !!...Meanwhile Roy had a couple of physios either side of him .... It dont look good and I suspect there is heavy money going on Roy being next manager for the chop.

    Think its inevitable Arnie. The grass is always greener isn't it? He should have stayed at Fulham. Point is he needs time and money and he isn't going to get much of either. If Torres does the off in Jan which is looking very likely at the moment. The money will not go for new players of any note. It will go into the Americans pockets. Once again thank god we have Levy.

    Yep , I got that Dj ..... I just feel that many of our members rely on the Portal Page ( I could be wrong ) and if a thread is not there it could get overlooked and it takes 9 posts from other threads ( or from one or two threads ) on the Latest function, to dissapear a post ....
    Anyway, no worries it just me with the forums best intrests at heart and I wont say no more and I will behave myself lol Liverpool 738891

    I cant blame an ambitious manager for leaving Fulham to manage Liverpool despite their off the field situation ......Im just wondering whether he's applying similar tactics to those he had going at the Cottage ? .... I watched their UEFA cup game away to a dutch mid table outfit and it all looked so safe and lacking ambition ... Also his training methods were reported at Fulham to be all about keeping a team shape , well from what I saw today on Sky Sports versus Blackpool , they're a mess ....

    They started the game with Torres upfront on his own then he went off injured after 9 minutes and Ngog comes on but the tactics are remain the same despite Ngogs limitations for playing the lone striker role ....
    Blackpool were all over a clueless Liverpool in that first half ....
