Baz, I have just read an article on News Now and I suggest you have a read of it mate. In a nutshell, there is a chap that has a web site set up to do with Spurs, like our's I would imagine, and he has been instructed to remove the Spurs logo, Cockerel on the football, from his site by the club. Personally I think it is pathetic, because as he said, he is not making money out of using the logo, but they say he must still remove it. I do not think this is a very nice way to treat their supporters. Anyway you have a read Baz, perhaps I have got it wrong. The article is headed, " You Do Not Have Permission To Use The Club's Logo, Please Remove ".

The wonderfull world of copyright eh ? I must admit I have wondered if I am breaching certain rules in the match threads. I try to use most images from wikipedia as I would imagine they are possible to use for non-profit & educational uses. None too sure tho' . . . . .

The logo was "you'll win nothing with yids" not really a supporters club or fan based blog or website , THFC must be fully aware that there are hundreds if not thousands of website like this for spurs fans that use the logo , and im glad the club have taken steps to ensure the logo is not miss used in anyway .

So you think all is well with the site Baz, would hate to see you doing time. I would like to know what would happen if my wife had a Birthday cake made for me in blue and white with the Cockerel on the ball iced on it. Would Levy confiscate it and then have it with his tea in the boardroom?.

I say, Just replace the cockerel with a chicken on a Rugby Ball, that'l get round any issues. Done.

Well, like I say there are lots of sites that use that Logo. Type in Tottenham Hotspur on google images and hundreds of pics of the Tottenham Logo come up. They must be breach of copyright too.

It's official. After research the Forum's logo is copyrighted by Baz as a Rooster on a Sphere . . . . .
