I see we are in court regarding getting phone records from West Ham unlawfully while the bids for the Olympic Stadium were ongoing. What with Harry in court in January I can see us having a few problems. If we are found guilty re the phone records trial I do wonder what the repercussions will be, will the FA take action against us as well as the courts, a points deduction perhaps, or are the FA not allowed to impose a penalty if the court punishes the club.
