What Bollox Lought. The problem was Bales pace outstripped Defoe i.e he couldn't keep up. Something that was pointed out by the commentators. Watch it agin without the I hate everything Spurs glasses on. How can he have been a big game bottler he scored ffs?

watcht it again. defoe skips a bit and kinda slows down. pav would of scored as it was the same cross that bale done for him in champions league but defoe not a natural finnisher.

it was 2 on one. its the same break away as the one in champions league when bale crossed for pav. defoe movment was all differnt he slowed down he didnt think bale would cross it.

im just p*ssed off with our players when parker got done. nobody said boo no wonder mr webb didnt do anything. if that happned to chelsea or man u they all be round the ref.
look at the kompany challange the ref was not going to do anything untill rooney said its 2 footed.

No Spurs want to cheat, whinge or dive to win Baz , that's not what we're about but I'm with Loughtan on this ....

Last season it was Bale getting kicked about and prior to that actually ...Bale was getting kicked all over the park and nowt much is said and the Blackpool game where the Adam tackle finally got him was the end result .... On that occasion Defoe ran over to the prone Bale and waited for the trainer to come on to assist Bale just so he could have a swig of drink but nothing was said to Adams ..
All Lought I think is saying , is that When Kaboul is Knocked out by Lescotts arm one or two of players should have a word with the player and the ref for that matter.. Whilst Parker was on the deck after the Ballotelli stamp and was receiving treatment , what was wrong in Modric pointing the finger at the fake concerned Ballotelli ?
We sometimes need a Dave Mackay on the pitch and theres nowt wrong with that!

I think it were in the Newcastle game last season where Tiote was kicking lumps out of a few of our players and Kaboul nutted him and of course that's stupid on our players part ...

A few seasons back , we had Zakora dive but he never did it again ....
Our club is not at the top of the fair play league for nothing ...We're nearly always there or thereabouts season in , season out, for being best at fair play.. Its one of our many traditions and its why many of us are proud of our club ...
I honestly believe that had Suarez signed for us he would by now be seen in a totally different light by the football public as we would've clamped down on his diving ....

Vis , Im sayin we dont wave the imaginary card ......... And then Im asking , do you THINK players dont have words with the refs after a foul , like, that's gotta be a booking ref,,, or come on ref that his fifth foul etc ?
