Not really, things take time Nic. They had a lot of trouble buying up land as I seem to remember. Didn't the owner of Rudolphs refuse to sell for years. As far as I know they have only just aquired that building? I am sure someone will know more about that than me though. Still, whatever Nic. We are getting there. Sainsbury's will be built soon enough.
