    I don't know if it has been mentioned yet but I was really surprised to see Caulker and Livermore in Roy Hodgson's England squad.

    I know there are injuries but neither have been regulars in the Spurs side although Caulker was at Swansea last season and in Team GB.

    I think we will have to play Caulker regularly or he will be off.

    I now wonder if we needed to spend the money on JV as we can't keep Dawson, Kaboul, JV, Caulker and Bassong happy.

    We could have put the money towards a striker that we don't seem to want to sign.

    I think Caulker will get enough games this season to keep him happy. Dawson, Kaboul, Verts and Caulker will be our four central defenders.

    The rumor I've heard is that despite being made captain by AVB, Dawson is the one most likely to move on as Liverpool have been sounding us out about him.

    Bassong and Gallas perhaps are proving difficult moving on.
