Roll up, roll up you happy predictors. Bonus game #12 and the chance to win lots of bonus predictions points, or maybe lose them!
This is a game for the gamblers and not obligatory.
Should you wish I am going to allow you to gamble up to 5 (yes five I tells ya) of your hard earned prediction points on all, some, one or none of the following -
Exact Score
Correct Result
Spurs scorers (from one to several)
Man of the Match.
You don't have to gamble and will still get scored as normal.
However should you wish to gamble the rules are as follows.
If you bet between 1 & 5 points and are correct you get the amount of points gambled on top of your normal score. If your wrong you lose them.
Simple!
I will give an example (a pretend game so as not to tempt fate) . . . .
Spurs V Bayern Munchen we win 5-2. Goalscorers Defoe X2, Bale, Siggy, Parker. MOM - Defoe.
You gamble nothing on the exact score (but you could if you want) but predict a correct score of 5-0 Spurs and gamble 3 points. the score is actually 5-2 so you gain 3 points (& still get 3 points as normal) .
You predict goal scorers as follows -
Bale @ 5 points
Defoe @ 3 points
Siggurdson @ 1 point
Adabadheadache @ 3 points
Dempsey @ 2 points
You would gain 9 extra points plus your usual 6 points for correct goalscorers but lose 5 of those points for incorrect goalscorers.
You predict Defoe as MOM @ 1 point so would gain a point plus the usual 3 for getting it right.
Overall you would have scored 20 points rather then the usual 12 you would have scored. This is a really stacked example and the possibility of losing points overall must be remembered.
