    ska/reggae Empty ska/reggae

For those of you who like ska and reggae and I know some of you do, went to this concert last Saturday and it was fucking amazing, proper band, playing proper instruments, not a synthesizer in sight.
Janet Kay still reached the high notes on silly games.
Gonna see them again in December at a small venue in Southend called Chinnery's

Nice sounds Dave. A proper old boots n braces big-up stylee. I prefer my reggae a lot more roots & dub but the sound that the Dualers are making is classic. LOL wonder if they will lend me the master tapes so I can do a dub B.side version? Sweet . . . . .

I'm into all genres of reggae Vis, from blubeat, rocksteady, reggae, roots, dub poets (love lkj) no so keen on the modern stuff,
But the Dualers play the occasional reggae, but because the all play the instruments that make reggae what it is, live, they are amazing. Don't know if you listened to the promo through headphones or speakers, but the bass is hypnotic. Go on you tube and type in the dualers jamming and there's a couple of vids of them warming up before gigs and the drum and bass shines through
