Gareth and Luka won't bail out

    Tottenham Hotspur, 13:20, May 6, 2010
Spurs duo Luka Modric and Gareth Bale will reject Manchester
United this summer after Tottenham secured fourth spot.

United had been heavily linked with a move for the Spurs pair but both
players are thought to be keen to stay at White Hart Lane after helping
the Lilywhites secure Champions League football for the first time in
    their history.

Spurs have seen a number of stars depart for Old
Trafford over recent years, with Michael Carrick and Dimitar Berbatov
both opting to join United instead of remaining with Tottenham.

    However,
both Bale and Modric will choose to stay in north London now the club
are guaranteed at least fourth spot following victory over Manchester
    City at Eastlands.
