Where Did Spurs Finish

Where did Spurs finish in the year you were born. Was it a good year or a bad year for the team you love, and if your father was a Spurs supporter did he celebrate the double, Spurs having won a trophy and he becoming a proud Dad. I will start. Before the War we were in the Second Division and when war broke out in 1939 the football league as it was then was abandoned after just three games and a Southern League was set up untill 1946-47. I was born in July 1945, and in May we had won the Southern League. We had played 30, W 23, D 6, L 1, F 81, A 30. Our only defeat, 1-5 away to Chelsea, there were 4-0 and 3-2 victories over the Arsenal and a 9-1 away victory over Luton, we only managed to beat them at home 1-0.

Bloody hell how weird, 1983, the year i was born we finished 4th in the old 1st Division.

march 22 1977 i was born. i havent got a scooby doo where we ended up that season but i got a feeling it wasnt high as im told the mid 70s wasnt a great time for the mighty spurs

1974 - finished 19th in Division 1.

June 1944 so can I share with you Len or the season before we also won the southern league.

1977 was a good year lought, we were sh*t at the time too, but u going down was a joy, and we got jennings off ya i think about then. lol
