Looking at jims predictions for fulham i see a few have us down as beating fulham quite heavily ! certainly i think someone is on the end of a tonking from us sooner or later, i actually had us down to beat newcastle 7-1 because i thought the time was right and pardew was just about to see what a thankless task being coach at newcastle is.................however the fulham game ? why do i think this is going to be hard slog ? well firstly they are in a relegation battle, then the manager hughes is a draw specialist, and we as spurs fans expect a win against such a team in the lower reaches of the prem.

I certainly expect a win, and hopefully it will be a tonking but 1-0 or 2-1 comes to mind, they will shut up shop and an early goal would make them come out and play......thats the important thing about a game like this, the longer they are winning a point the harder they will defend.

Aint knocking anyones high score prediction but i think a little caution should be observed in this game.

By the way....a happy new year to all the forum.... Very Happy hope its a great one for all spurs fans. cheers

Cheers Lew mate, happy new year! Smile

I think it could be a tonking too, Fulham have looked poor of late, but they did win their last game away! Spurs will be too much for them though me thinks.

Yea it could be a walk in the park but we have to remember the players will be feeling it what with so many games coming thick and fast , these are the games we should be winning , but so many times in the past we have failed to take advantage and slip up , i suppose one thing going in our favour is they have mark hughes as there manager, great footballer , managerial wise hasnt got a clue ..
