Obviously Arsenal have the easiest run in but ours isn't too bad. The next 4 games we should be looking to take Maximum points TBH.

I've done a bit of maths here,

Calculating teams form against top half and bottom half seperatly and projecting that form on to the remaining fixtures it comes out like this

    Manu U 57 + 26.5 =83.5
    Goons 56 + 21.5 =77.5
    City 49 + 19.5 =68.5
    Spurs 47 = 19 = 66
    Chelski 45 + 20.5 =65.5

supprised to see the goons form against the top half of the table is currently really poor at 1.33 points per game.

WE have the second best form against top half teams and by far the worst against the bottom half. In fact we have one of the worst records against the bottom 5 in all the league.

I said at the start of the season those Wigan & Westham games we haunt us until the end of the season and they are.

Just as an aside to the above, Blackpool, ......yes, Blackpool are the 4th best team against the top half of the table beating Liverpool, Chelsea and the goons to date so maybe our result against them is'nt the eand of the world.

Of the matches that Baz has posted, only Arsenal and Chelsea are capable of winning all of the matches posted... with both unlikely to do so.
Spurs run in isn't too bad on paper, but if you can lose to Blackpool away whilst pretty much dominating the match then anything is possible.
The million dollar question? Chelsea take enough points off Man U to allow Arsenal to sneak in, I see Citeh providing some consistency and finishing 3rd, Chelsea 4th, you boys 5th.

I think it seems pretty certain that Utd & Arsnic will be top 2 and city are more consistent than us and will probably finish 3rd. So that leaves Us and Chelsea and I think Chelsea have had their bad run and will probably take the 4th place. Being Spurs you just know that we are going to throw silly points away because we always do, Blackpool, W ham and Wigan are great examples plus the silly games we have ended up drawing when we should have won convincingly.
So really the CL in my opinion is all we have left to go for and unless we throw away a very strong position we should progress to the last 8. Now I don't think for one minute that we will win it......well sometimes I do.....but to make the semi's would be fantastic and then WHO KNOWS?

Well so that you can be sure, here's the figures. As I said, Blackpool are beating you in the points taken from the top four league. The point made is that you have a low tally of points from top half clubs so maybee the ride in has a few twists & turns to give us yet.

Sorry, I misinterpreted, I thought you was laying a claim that Blackpool had beaten us in a 90 minute match. We've not played away there yet, but beat them six nil at our place.

Wasnt so much dominated Mark, they just wont get the kind of luck again, I mean heading against the bar and going straight to their keeper no where near the goal line!!
