How we miss Commoli

True enough , when he was in charge of the signings at spurs or to be precise in charge of recruitment we had no trouble buying & selling players, now that hes departed to Liverpool we have Levy dealing with the signings one of the reasons why we are in turmoil atm, nothing is happening, we can't seem to get rid of players , is levy really asking to much for players, is it normal for the chairmen of a club to be in charge of buying and selling players, or should be go back to how it used to be the manager identifies a players and the chairmen sanctions it .

any thoughts

I thought it was the scouts, didn't they tell arry not to bother bidding for Saurez as he wasn't up to prem standard.. all a bit unclear who does what :P

That is what i understand baz, harry chooses who he wants and levy does the negotiating.
Seems right to me from the evidence of who harry has bought.
