    Even after the transfer window slams shut the meeja still have plenty of gist for the rumour mill to tittilate & frustrate us. Some of them such as the Beckham rumour are scary. The similar situation in January mades us take our eye off the bigger picture. Some such as the Damiao rumour perplexing as this looked a done deal last month. Anyway for your perusal a few of the current rumours . . . . .


    However, Tottenham are also keen to sign 36-year-old Beckham, who trained with the north London club last winter, when his contract with LA Galaxy expires in November.

    I was listening to this yesterday in the car and thinking yes please god i hope so , and there is a good chance it could happen sooner than later, the FA could get rid of Capello as soon as england qualify , which could be the next game in theory , and we all know Redknapp would jump ship , but and a big but he has stiff competition from Stuart Pearce , my monies on arry getting the job
