I would be rather interested to hear who you think should be our next manager , Cmon I can really do with a good laugh

I said back in November that I thought Pardew was a Brilliant manager and thus far he has proved me right, not a popular choice but for me he would be perfect for us , I like a straight talking managers , someone who understands the English game

My top 3 manager who I would like to see at WHL next season IF Arry goes IF ..I think all 3 are very good managers, JOL has imo become better since he left spurs, all 3 have fair bit experience in the prem and imo have no need to prove them self's worthy.

I cant see Mourinho coming , not because the job isn't big enough more to the fact that he would surely want a lot of money to spend and going from his past ventures he never stays in one place for long, but saying that he does love England and he would probably have still been at chelski today MAYBE.

This is my one criticism of Harry, I know its his man management skills that he is known for, but sometimes a good old kick up the backside is called for!!

I watched a documentary about sir Alex and the way he ran Man u team and believe me he was like some old bloke down the pub who everyone likes , he was laughing and joking with them ..playing poker telling jokes etc lol .. but i can only guess the players had a lot of respect for him and knew the score .

from what I have heard in the past is arry don't talk to the players much , its all hear say and rumour , we can only guess at this stage, but one thing is certain , the england job has thrown a spanner into the works and for arry to think it wont effect the team then he must be either fool hardy or just plain arrogant , I could go into one about the likes and dislikes of the man, but I blame the england job speculation on our demise..

To a certain extent Lobs, but our players get paid very well and most are not kids that should be affected by it.

hes given loads of players the cold sholder.
kranker used to be a player harry left now hes lucky to get a game and if hes notplaying well first half he gets dragged off

David Moyes for me has kept Everton going on a shoestring and the selling of their best players from under him.

Ex players rarely do well when they come back Seebee, but I would give him a couple more seasons and maybe.

i think most people was glad when houghton went as he was with our backroom staff a long time,

but to hes credit hes proving himself a good manager,

im inpressed with mark hughes how hes turned qpr around.
i heard players did what they want under warnock some didnt even train, plus i think it was derry used to tell neil during games to change tactics,

but what pardew done at newcastle is amazing.
