    As I recall Sol ran his contract down to nil Dave and walked on a free

    I think you may find that RvP is gone a fair while before that

    Last player to pull that stunt was Flamini who, if I recall recent reports correctly, is currently unemployed having been " let go" by Milan


    I guess he will find a job somewhere

    On a more general point the Iceland U21s who played in the Euro finals were really good a couple of season ago - it may be Gylfi is one of the first to come through into the PL
