Agree with you Jim. I do not know why AVB is, as you say, p---ing Lloris off, I would have thought he would start against Wigan. I also agree re Defoe, the problem is Dempsey does not seem to be the player we all hoped he would be. Imo he showed more passion for Fulham than he has for us, and I agree with someone's post in the week that his body language seems to say I do not want to be here, hope I am wrong. I wish we had gone for Berbatov for the short term, a better player than Dempsey or Ade imo. I could have forgive him if it had resulted in him banging in the goals.

if you watched the game the minute defoe went off we looked better.

I find all this talk very sad. No I did not see the game, but I do believe that the players and supporters should get behind AVB, God what is it, 10 games and already supporters are saying they have had enough of AVB. This is the same manager who a few weeks ago had this team playing some of the best football they have played when beating Man United, then people were singing his praises. We seem to have gone from wanting a new manager after a season or two, to replacing him after a few months. Martin O'Neil, Brendan Rogers, Mark Hughes, Alan Pardew, they all seem to be finding the going tough but have there supporters turned on them so early in the season? I do not like to see us drop points to the likes of Wigan, WBA, and Norwich but I pray AVB turns it round, and I am prepared to give him a chance to do so because I do not think any manager deserves the stick he is getting when he has only been in charge for such a short time, and it seems to have started from day one, one slip up and the supporters and media can not wait to get on his back, the guy does not stand a chance.
