    Edinbrugh Empty Edinbrugh

Post by HotspurRoper Sun Aug 01 2010, 19:37

Just came back from a cracking few days in Edinbrugh, not the 1st time iv been up there but it gets better everytime i go up there, the tattoo fesitival aint on till next week but still lots going on in the lead up to it on the Royal mile road leading up to the Castle, spent a small fortune but was worth it. Went to Edinbrugh zoo which gets better and bigger everytime we go great for the kids, 1 drama was when a few of the zoo officials ushered us away from a part of the zoo as an animal had escaped, they said it was a goat like animal that had got out am sceptical, as we were up by the big cat section and the officials were looking rather anxious LOL, but it was a cracking few days and if you aint been its well worth a trip up there. The only down side is they decided to build Edinbrugh on a bloody bank my legs are done fro! LOL

I like Haggis too. Love Tatties but not keen on the Neaps. My partner is Scottish and loves her Neaps.
