    glenn hoddle was the best player i ever see at tottenham, played the game the right way and should of got another 50 caps.

    Burger i have to admit i think he was severely under used for England. he was a superb player but the excuse was he never did the defencive side of the midfield job. Which was total rubbish he did a decent job there. OK he was never going to knock people around in there but he could tackle.

    As for his passing there hasn't been more than at most a handful of players that have been as good in the Premiership since. His goal scoring record was very good for a midfielder & some of his goals where sublime.

    So good choice Burger you tame Gooner lol!
