This is in the right category as it's got Lennon & Huddlestone in it. Could do both players confidence a lot of good, but after what happened to Defoe & Dawson on International Duty not to sure i'm happy about it to be honest.

Well i suppose it's not just the English Lads is it most of our squad that's fit will be off & that's the major draw back of having such a good squad.

I suppose training this week will be Bentley & Jenas playing headers & volleys with Cudicini in goal lol.

What England really need is a couple of Russian linesman lol!

After the World cup we were promised a new dawn of exciting youngsters and instead we end up with 33yr old Kevin Davies ! With regards to what Jim said about the squad it would be intresting if anyone could find out exactly who will be on international duty ? Straight off I can think of, from Saturday's squad, Bale/VDV/Hutton/Keane/Moddle & possibly Bassong/Corluka/Pavy/Sgt Wilson/Gomes/Sandro/Kranky/Ekotto. All depends on which national sides have games I suppose . . . . . .

Aaron Lennon is the latest England player forced out of the squad to face Montenegro in next weeks Euro 2012 qualifier.

Having complained of a sore back on Friday following further tests today it was decided to release the Spurs man from the squad so he could go back to Spurs for further treatment.

Stewart Downing, who returns to the England set-up for the first time since a friendly against Egypt in March, has taken his place.
