Anybody (Lought)know what the results was in PL Matches we played after CL Matches.I'm just interested to know if / how many loses we had after those Matches, i.e if we had loses that we should Possibly have won. What would the points dropped have added upto and where would that poss have placed us in the Prem

Not good at all Kingy from what I remember. Coming off the back of CL matches I think we only won 1 or 2.

That's interesting. It shows that we didn't do so bad after CL games as we thought but after we came out of the competition our form got worse.
So if we qualify for the Europa league tomorrow then 2 games a week shouldn't be a problem. Should it ?

I'm surprised. My perception was that we did much worse than that coming off the back of CL games.

Gotta say, I too am surprised by the stats. Heres me looking for a reason for a poor end of season results, thinking the CL was to blame. When you might argue that the lack of competition was to blame and not the competition itself. Footballers are competetive beast, or they at least should be. So, the more competition the better I say.
