This has gone beyond a joke. Spurs (read Levy) are to lodge another whinge about it FFS. If you where for or against the move surely we are all agreed that Levy is making himself & the club look like mugs for persuing this ? How much is this costing ? Money we aren't meant to have to strentghen the squad (sell to buy policy).
FFS Daniel give it up. This isn't the FA deducting points and Alan Sugar using his legal beagles to bite the FA. This is Government and serious legal/money people you are P*ssing off. They don't care about your petty whinges and you will need these people on your side for NPD or Totenham Hale projects. Give it up and accept the fact that these kind of people beat you at your public school and are doing the same in the real world. Nobody cares anymore and you are dragging the good name of OUR club down by your pathetic inability to accept defeat . . . . . .

Tottenham will return to the High Court to continue their fight for a judicial review of the decision to award the Olympic Stadium to West Ham.

Last week, Judge Mr Justice Davis rejected Spurs' and Leyton Orient's challenge for the stadium.

Backing the Olympic Park Legacy Company's decision, Judge Davis said there were no grounds for a review.

But the north London club now have the chance to make a case in an oral hearing.

In a statement, they said: "The club has today [Wednesday] applied to the High Court to renew its application for permission to bring a claim against the London Borough of Newham and the Olympic Park Legacy Company, the Mayor of London and Government Ministers for judicial review of their decisions underlying the bid process for the conversion of the Olympic Stadium after the 2012 Games.
After Thursday's news was announced, the Olympic Park Legacy Company said: "We are pleased with the ruling and continue to make good progress in our negotiations with the preferred bidder in order to be in a position to agree the final terms for the stadium's lease."

Newham Council have arranged a £40m loan to finance the move from Upton Park for West Ham, who are promising to develop a venue capable of hosting "world-class sporting events, including top-level football and athletics".

Spurs turned their attention to the Olympic Stadium in Stratford, east London, after deciding their plans for a new development at Northumberland Park - next to their existing north London White Hart Lane home - were not economically viable.

Their plan was to rebuild the stadium without the running track and, by way of a commitment to athletics, rebuild the National Sports Centre at Crystal Palace.

West Ham were relegated from the Premier League to the Championship last season, while Spurs had a fine season after reaching the last eight of the Champions League.

You are spot on Vis. Levy has certainly lost the plot as he did in January when we missed the boat on buying strikers because he spent so much time on something he couldn't win, just as he is now.

I can't understand his reasoning it isn't doing the club any good by persuing this especially as the Judge has told him I don't want you to appeal against this ruling again.

Does he not realise that the new season will soon be upon us and all the teams around us are strengthening their squads while he is playing silly buggers with the law.

I know I have said on here many times that Harry isn't the problem it's Levy and I think this just shows us it's true.

I don't believe he's a football person but a money man. Why doesn't he get on with developing WHL the Harringay council have stated on TV that they want it to go ahead.

So stop P*ssing about Levy and get on with the job in hand. STRENGTHENING OUR SQUAD FOR A REAL GO AT THE TITLE.
