What a win today, total control - to quote the Clash, Complete Control. To watch it with Liverpool fans and hear them make no excuse was sweet in the extreme. Kaboul was immense. Adababaddabab (how do you spell his name ?) was fantastic. Parker the difference. Breaks up play, wins the ball & plays the simple pass. Adams had to go, Agger may have got away with just a telling off. LOL King Kenny's head is going to explode. Superb across the pitch and we still have the Europa lads to bring thro'. Modric will be up for goal of the season. What more can I say ? Brilliant performance and if we can keep going like that we will be a force to be reckoned with this season . . . . . .

One word Vis. Awesome, everything came together today. All the promise and expectation exploded onto the pitch today and Liverpool felt the full force but to be honest the signs were there versus Wolves. Parker is the difference in Midfield. He just oozes class.

first half was so good, we had movment. we kept the ball so well, no lumping it aimlessley.
kaboul was a rock. ekotto mr cool. brad talks to the defenders.
defoe looks a differnt player alongside ade,

we have really good competion for places now.

Brad Friedel. 7 Didn't have a lot to do but made a couple of good saves.
Ekotto 7. Did his usual job good defending and passed well out of defence.
Kaboul 8. Back to his best.
King 8. Brilliant his very prescence makes all the difference. A solid rock
Walker 8. This boy is a future England International. He can defend and his pace is superb.
Bale 8 . Did his usual job very well and had Skyrtl in his pocket until he was sent off.
Modric 10. His goal has got to be contender for goal of the season. He controlled the midfield and looked back to his best.
Parker 9. Really like him. He is the missing link. Helped control the midfield with Modders, broke down Liverpool's play.
Krankjar 7. Played well on the right. Was steady and put in a good shift.
Defoe 8. Looking good alongside Ade up front the perfect foil for each other. Defoe looks to have a new lease of life with Ade. took his goal very well.

Kaboul back to his best dont make me laugh hes still dodgy its King who makes him look good who ever plays with King plays well same with Gallas thats why King and Gallas will be good but Kaboul im dreading when he pays with Dawson or Bassong again

Not saying he didnt have a good game was one of the best team performances ive seen but Kaboul is still dodgy thats all im saying he is still young though

First of all I'd like to apologise for not posting yesterday ....Had house guests , yes I know that's not a valid excuse for my abscence from this board, the day we played the scousers too but please have some understanding and I beg forgiveness ....

Anyway the game itself ...
Were we 4-0 good or were Liverpool 4-0 bad ?...
A little of both I think, but have to say that was one of our best performances under Harry .... I not seen a Spurs striker give a performance such as Adebayors in a long time and it's like having an on form Berbatov all over gain ...Parker who's signing initialy I wasnt to hot on has fitted in nicely and Modric seems happy enough for now ....
Theres something about this team that perhaps we've been missing in recent times and that for me is speed... We passed the ball alot faster , taking the one or two touches that were needed rather than a player dwelling on the ball ...
Whatever the deficiencies we now have, I'm sure what we all can see is that we're now alot faster in our running ....

Parker in for Huddlestone
Adybayor in for Pav or the departed Crouch...
The team has speed and Liverpool just couldnt keep up with us .... I feel so long as these players stay fit, then theres no reason why we shouldnt now expect lesser teams than Liverpool to be run ragged in much the same way ...

I have said before Kaboul and me are sharing vast amounts of 'umble pie Mark. I just did not rate this lad when he left for poor ole Pompey, yet then he came back. But he does seem able to play anywhere on the right. A lot to learn yet ? Yes I agree. Yet, still he looks like he may have what it takes. Also I have managed to post the word yet several times in one post. Yet . . . . . .
