OK Tress. He looks ring rusty. First touch looks good but not quite there yet. Few more run-outs and it will be great if not better. Scored what looked like a fine goal to me but was given offside (unlucky I thought but hey I'm biased) ! Got caught offside a few more times after that. Looks like he could link play but after Sgt Wilson was taken off we seemed to sit back & be happy with the result so was hard to give a completely fair judgement on the guy . . . . . .

I thought Benny did ok at Right Back. He looked his usual self. Bale was immense again. I think Arry has realised he can't drop Bale in this form.

Be interesting for Sunday, got a bout of sickness going round the traing camp and Wilson had to come off last night and Corluka got it so bad he couldnt plat at all. So assuming they all get over the illness and he starts Charlie at right back, whos he gonna play on the left?

I would like to see Pav link with Gud if Defoe is out. For the right nack position it will suicidal to play Ben against Everton

No one knew benny was back so i think it was a case of harry giving him an easy game for his return phil ! all i heard was ekotto was back in training.

I still would like to see if bale can do his stuff on the left wing with ekotto covering at left back................worth a try surely?
