Dont know if anyone else has seen this story on bbc text 338 from the daily mirror that barcelonas sporting director Txiki Begiristain is mulling over an invitation to join spurs.
I thought we had been down that road and that levy had decided to ditch the sporting director role at spurs .
I reckon this to be a load of rubbish ! it didnt work at spurs, it causes trouble between the manager and sporting director, the manager is stuck with the players the sd buys and no one knows who the fck is in charge, and in any case when the manager is responsible for results why should he have to work with players not of his choosing?
