    *

    6. John Bostock: Age 18; Bostock joined Spurs from Crystal Palace with a huge reputation as a future England star.
    So far it hasn’t yet materialised for ‘The Boss’ and despite flashes of genius while on loan at Hull (a wonder-goal on his debut), we haven’t seen a great deal from the youngster that prompted interest from Barcelona, Arsenal, Manchester United and Chelsea.
    Whilst at the club, Brentford manager Andy Scott drew comparisons
    between Bostock and footballing legend Zinedine Zidane – let’s just hope
    he doesn’t buckle under the expectation.
    5. Kyle Walker: Age 20; Kyle was signed by Harry Redknapp along with talented defender Kyle Naughton. Following loan spells to Sheffield United and QPR, the right-back has recently joined Gerard Houllier’s Aston Villa.
    The Premier League experience will no doubt do Walker good and he has
    already shown signs of blossoming by netting on his debut in the FA Cup third round against his former club.
    4. Harry Kane: Age 17;
    Harry played 22 times for the U-18s during the 2009/10 season, hitting
    an impressive 18 goals in the process. Kane’s reputation at the club is
    such that at just 16, he found himself on the bench in a Carling Cup tie with Everton.
    The striker has recently joined Leyton Orient on loan until the end of the season – There’s a buzz around this lad.

    3. Dean Parrett: Age 19; Tottenham
    beat London rivals Arsenal to grab the signature of this all-action QPR
    midfielder. As ever, an England youth international, Parrett was given
    his first team debut last season when he was selected to start in
    Tottenham’s Europa League first leg knockout tie against eventual cup
    winners Shakhtar Donetsk. The youngster is now back at Spurs following a
    short loan move to Plymouth Argyle.
    2. Sandro: Age 21; Coming through the Academy at Sport Club Internacional with the likes of Alexandre Pato, Sandro
    was purchased for a fee thought to be in the region of €10m. The
    midfield powerhouse already has 3 Brazil caps to his name. Expect a few
    more to come.
    1. Andros Townsend: Age 19;
    A product of the Tottenham Academy, this pacey left-winger is confident
    on the ball and not afraid to take players on. In the Aaron
    Lennon-mould, Andros scored on his first-team debut against Charlton in
    the FA Cup third round.
    He may need to work on his final ball, but with David Beckham’s watchful eye at White Hart Lane, expect him to learn a trick or two.
