Arry is charged with evading £40,000 of tax - he intends to plead not guilty

The current Judicial Sentencing guidelines give the Judge the following advice concerning a penalty following a guilty verdict.

"£20,000 or more, and less than £100,000 (SP based on £60,000): SP: 2 years custody, Range: 18 months - 3 years custody"
