    Gossip on the net apparently from the news of the world is that if we dont get champions league fotball next season bale is going to ask to leave, according to harry redknapp.

    Barcelona want him and are prepared to offer cash plus one of their lesser lights.

    Cant see any truth in this with bale only signing an improved contract not so long ago.

    Fans the flames i suppose.........

    Also I heard a rumour in one of the paper today that Defoe to go to Man City if he does not get picked.I think Defoe's issue gets into my gut more when you consider Rednap stuck with him for a long time even when he wasnot scoring, I wonder what everybody here think about that

    More talk of bellamy for defoe, once again probably rubbish but i wouldnt want bellamy now, maybe a couple of years back but he,s become so injury prone, but i would ask why would city want to do deals with us, they have made it clear none of their players are available to join us, so why expect us to deal with them.

    Defoe leaving would be a massive mistake anyway, its taken him longer to get over that injury than was expected, there is goals in the boy, and i want it to be for spurs not any other team.

    Could be Defoe or his agent letting Spurs know he aint happy at not getting games. Maybe just putting a bit of pressure on.
