Do you remember back when Jol first got us 5th Sid? Both of us stated then that we'd be happy with a consolidation of that position for the next 2 to 3 years before pushing on to challenge for the title. We both also warned that there would be some down turns on the way and that patience was required.
Well everyone else seems to be patting themselves on the back saying 'told you so'.

08 11th 09 8th Sorry to say mate. But I still think we were right to say what we did. If your not going to buy your way in, then everything has to happen slowly. we have dropped this season but not like we have in the past I still think we have improved as a squad and will go again next season.
Oh, not sacking the manager after sliding a bit. lol theres a good one.

But he's OUR Manager and the better we support him the better he will do.
We might also remember we've had two players who have had family Killed playing for us this season and an injury list as long as anyones.
The biggest tabboo of them all. Unwavering support, something even I cant claim to have.
