    Fa cup. Empty Fa cup.

Post by Guest Sat Dec 31 2011, 16:02

Interesting to see spurs are sending a couple of youngsters out on loan, does that mean he is going to take the fa cup more seriously than the europa? thats ryan mason and harry kane,
Towmnsend is a loan target for other clubs.
I was hoping the youngsters would take on the smaller clubs if we got them in the draw, allowing first team players to concentrate on the league challenge.
Having said that i think its time we had a go at the fa cup, how many more games could it add to the season if the youth were used in the earlier rounds.

Tbh Lew, we got enough fringe players to rest the big guns for the Everton game mid week, Daws needs game time and I doubt we will shift out the likes of Kranj,Pav,Gio before we play Cheltenham on the 7th Jan.

Thats true dj,i can see a side put out for cheltenham consisting of krancky, pav, gio and dawson, i just fancy a real go at the cup this year, but i wouldnt want to risk it for a top 4 place.

Judging by the Europa teams, dont think Harry does either, horses for courses, if we beat Cheltenham, depends who we get next as to what team we put out.
