“Tottenham has been the only Club for me and if I can’t play here then I shall look to be involved in another capacity.”
Get rid of Big (wot does he do) Les from the payroll and get Ledders in at the training ground.

I got a feeling that we as a club are on a cusp of something big, I wish ledders all the best and im sure he will be offered some kind of coaching role at the club , he deserves that much, but I have to say THFC have stuck by him all the way , I do think though its time to draw a line under the past and start moving forward , new defenders and strikers is needed

He has been offered 3 options;
1. Pay as you play.
2. Coaching role.
3. Club Ambassadorial role.
Whatever happens he will remain with the club. It breaks my heart that he never really got the chance to show the World that he was the best in the business. Injury and halfwit England managers saw to that. However, what they missed his fellow professionals recognised, Tewence Henry being one to state that he was the best he'd ever played against, probably because he felt so snug and warm in Ledleys pocket!

Re: Sad day for Ledders.
Just been reading that Ledders was in the same London boys team as John Terry. They both established themselves in 2000/2001. Terry has played 537 matches for Cheatski, Ledders 313 for Spurs and Terry has 51 more caps than him. As you say Ion so sad that injury stopped him from making a world wide mark cos I'm bloody sure we all know who's the better player by a country mile. He imo would also have been England captain for years. Good luck Ledley and thanks for the memories.
