Didn't Harry want him in January and they wanted too much money, about 25million. Be interesting to see if we get him for less now.

Re: Levy in France to sign Remy
He told a press conference: "There was massive speculation today with Remy and that's not the case."
Asked if he could absolutely confirm that the France international will not be coming to Tottenham, Villas-Boas replied: "Yes."
Another player to have been heavily linked with Spurs this summer is Porto's star playmaker Moutinho.
But Villas-Boas admits the 25-year-old Portugal international could be out of Tottenham's price range.
He said: "I've spoken about this player before. Porto is an extremely difficult club to deal with and I think the players' value is over what Tottenham can afford."
The manager says a deal for Shakhtar Donetsk's attacking midfielder Willian also appears unlikely after initial talks.
"We had initial contact with Shakhtar," added Villas-Boas. "Again, Shakhtar is a wealthy club with a wealthy owner and not easy to deal with.
"'We have approached the club and the player with contacts and at the moment it doesn't seem to be happening."
Tottenham have been linked with Lyon goalkeeper Lloris as they plan for the eventual retirement of veteran shot-stopper Brad Friedel.
Villas-Boas says it is an area of his squad he is looking to strengthen but says it might not be done in the current transfer window.
The boss added: "We are very comfortable with our goalkeepers. We can take into account that there's a future we have to prepare.
"On that sense we've studied possibilities on that position. It doesn't mean we could conclude a deal for that position in this window."

Re: Levy in France to sign Remy
There's a lot of players we could have had but Levy will not pay the money.
Remy, Llorente, Willem, Moutino and Lloris were all available and still haven't gone anywhere but we offer silly money knowing it will be turned down.
We have raked in nearly sixty mil already and if VDV and Dawson go then we are looking at nearer £80 mil. So why offer 15 mil for Moutinio and 12 for Willem when we have the money.
I know there are a few hours left but it looks like another botched up transfer window to me.
