Interesting. I thought everyone was raving about him.

Midfielder Dean Parrett's loan spell at Swindon Town has ended according to BBC Wiltshire.

Parrett appeared in three games for Town but had difficulty passing the ball to his team mates during his short spell.

It is thought after Tuesday's match wtih MK Dons where Parrett played 69 minutes, that manager Kevin MacDonald had seen enough and sent Parrett packing back to his parent club.

How have Spurs ruined him Lought? He's either good enough or not and Swindon obviously think not. Get him back and see if he can develop or give the lad the heartbreaking news he just ain't gonna make it . . . . .

but your not going to learn nothin in them leagues.

    its kick and run stuff.
walker and adel are the only ones.

could you imagine if chelsea loaned there kids out to lower leagues they would vanish.

a young player will learn more staying in the prem or going to a spanish or german club.

or they should get game time in the spurs team when they can.

how our super striker for the u21 team is not getting any game time for us is beyone me.

avb should bring him on in a game and if he does well then it might save us money.

we all agree defoe and ade or not good enough so maybe this kid will. i think he was on the bench tonight

Lought if you think the lower leagues are nothing but "kick & run" you need to investigate the beautiful game a lot deeper . . . .

very few teams in the lower leagues play football.

you watch when they are losing its just punt the ball in the box .

as much as the prem is entertaing its not a patch on germany france and spain leagues for tecniqe.

other countrys must look at our prem and think wtf
crouch waters grahm holt crouch. welbeck to name a few all poor players

The same goes for teams in the upper echelon as well Lought. Look at a team like Swansea who have stuck to a style of football coming up through the leagues? Many teams in lower divisions play the game to the best of the players they have abilities & some of them play some nice, passing, easy on the eye football.
Agree with you about other countries. They must look at a player like Adabadbigtoe and think "No Senor, no contract for crap like him. Please stay in Ing-Ger-Land" . . . .

From what i've seen of this young man,,,,,, he's a kick and run player,,,,,, and not the best. He has a lot of heart and gets around the pitch but at the moment just not technecally good enough.
Not every player that comes through your academy will end up good enough,,,,, it's just not that easy Lought.
