    I'm not sure Rose is the answer just yet. Young & talented but still a bit raw. His tackling isn't fully developed yet either. Disco Benny may still shine, ya never know ha ha. Vlad the defender can go left back by all accounts as we know Big Verts can but I think some sort of cover will be required . . . .

    Goals are the key to 4th and higher not left back. I agree we need a left back as rose is still not the finished article. Great going forward but defending still a bit suspect and it looks like we will get someone in. However we have to start scoring goals in open play and not rely on penalties.
    Now with the new signings about to happen hopefully after they have settled in we will challenge for top 3 by scoring more goals.

    A new left back would be great but it's more goals that will get us 4th and i think we're about to get them.

    Left back is a problem with Disco Benny unfit, allegedly he has already failed two medicals, so AVB won't pick him anyway. I don't think Rose is the answer yet, nor do I think a 32 year old long haired Italian will solve it. So if Rose is injured we don't have a great deal of option until we sign someone.
    Having said that I agree with Mikey, we have to start making more chances.

    we have rose and jan to play left back. and if we dont sell ekotto then he will have to get fit.

    we need to create and score more chances to finnish 4th.

    hopefully this new lemela meant to be tasty

    plus maybe we will get ericson
