Goalkeeper Hugo Lloris has been passed fit for Tottenham's Europa League game against Sheriff Tiraspol despite being knocked unconscious in a collision with Everton's Romelu Lukaku on Sunday.

Spurs boss Andre-Villas Boas says he has not yet decided if Lloris or Brad Friedel will play and will only reveal his decision on Thursday evening.

Danny Rose (toe), Sandro (hamstring) and Zeki Fryers (groin) are out.

Villas-Boas also said that striker Emmanuel Adebayor will not feature.

Tottenham have already won their first three Group K games, including a 2-0 victory over Sheriff in Moldova, and victory at White Hart Lane will ensure Spurs qualify for the last 32.

Villas-Boas, who has already won this competition while in charge of Porto in 2011, said: "We will make a lot of changes [for Thursday] but there will be no complacency,"

Sheriff are yet to win away from home in the Europa League.
