How much is bale worth now ?

We got this lad really cheap and i remember being told on the old aol board that the goons got the better player from southampton.....walcott ! LOL.

Would anyone swap bale for walcott ? and whats he worth now ?

i think after harry was pushed into playing bale last season after ekkottu got injured and yids had no other left backs his value has gone up no end lew, great management that pmsl. but seriously walcott and bale are great players lets who has the better careers.

50 million !!! if they want him ...they PAY top dollar for him !!!

If prices like 40 to 50 mil are being asked for Falcoa and Cavanni then Bale has to be worth 50 to 60 in my opinion.

It looks like he'll probably go, even AVB has said we need top 4 to keep Gareth but will Levy use the money for top replacements.

The interesting thing about this post when it was first put up two and a half years ago the valuations put around were 15 to 20 mil. Just shows how players prices have soared in that short space of time and how he has improved as a world class player.

I'm not so sure he will go yet. Consider that AVB has made him the player he builds his side around, would he be elsewhere. Consider what happened to Modric same sort of situation got his wish and spent most of the season getting splinters in his backside. In his personal life he is obviously very stronly a family man and having just had a little one would he want to go abroad.

Just a few thoughts that make me think he will stay for at least another season and I also think he loves this club.

I think your right seebee about him loving the club and a family man and I'm pinning my hopes on that also.
But the worry is there are to many clubs sniffing around and all top clubs aswell and in the end we know that if a big enough offer came Ley would sell.

Lets see if we can make top 4 it could make all the difference on him staying. I believe if he stays AVB will bring in players and build a team around him.
