    harry has said that if a team come in for gomez in januray then he will be off.

    its a shame but gomez only has himself to blame.
    when harry came here gomez made loads of mistakes then harry stuck by him and now he has competion he wants to go

    I think the shame for Gomes is that he's not had Ledders infront of him in to many games .... He has made some big errors but equaly he has saved us on numerous occasions ...
    Friedel and Carlo I think probably inspire confidence in the defenders much more so than Gomes ... If he does go in January, I will wish him well ... Next summer we will be looking for a new goalie maybe someone like Hugo Lloris of Lyon .... Im looking at the premeirship goalies and cant say any have captured my eye and who could possibly be available ....

    I still think we missed a trick by signing Friedel rather than Shay Given. With Friedel starting the Prem games it must be seem to Gomes that he has finally lost the support of Redknapp. A good yet erratic 'keeper. Should he move on then good luck to him . . . . .

    Gomes is currently out of favour at the Premier League side with Brad Friedel currently the starting goalkeeper.

    Gomes is said to be unhappy at the situation after promises to him were reportedly broken by manager Harry Redknapp, and he is trying to secure a move away from the club.

    Corinthians are said to be interested in bringing the Brazil international to the Brazilian Campeonato and we understand they have made initial contact with the North London club and a deal could be put in place for him to move in the next transfer window.

    He set to play in the Europa League on Thursday away at PAOK in Greece, but these appearances may not satisfy his need for first-team football.
